Redsun Factory (specialized in manufacturing and processing) needed a high-performance industrial cooling solution to maintain a stable production process. Although the required cooling capacity was not too large ( 1,400 kWh ), the requirement to optimize electricity costs during peak hours was extremely urgent.

2 Specialized Surface Mounting Solutions from ESS Vietnam

ESS Vietnam has provided an external concrete Cold Storage Tank (TES) solution , an optimal choice in terms of durability and installation flexibility for the industrial environment of Redsun Factory.

• Take Advantage of Off-Peak Hours: The TES system works by using cheap (off-peak) electricity to store 1,400 kWh of cooling capacity in the tank.

• Production Support: This stored cooling capacity is released to supply areas that need cooling during peak hours, helping Redsun Factory avoid the most expensive electricity charges.

• Durable Structure: The solution uses above-ground concrete tanks, ensuring structural durability and long-term operating life, suitable for the strict requirements of industrial environments.
